Sanders Sides Theories!

Hey! As previously said on Twitter, I've got A LOT of theories for the Sanders Sides, namely the latest video; Can Lying Be Good? Basically, they're the reason I've created this blog. I'll do them in chunks, so you don't have to read through, like, 3000 words, and I'll edit them so they're not quite so long or disorganised. So grab a shovel, 'cos we're about to dig deep!

Patton's Cardigan

This one's short, but still, I like it. Here you go, my first public Sanders SIdes theory... I think that Patton’s cardigan represents adulthood, and his cat onesie represents childhood. This is because Patton holds some amount of dislike against his cardigan, stating that it is “too heavy”, and that the cat onesie is lighter. Logan says that this is impossible, as the cardigan is much smaller than the onesie. Patton, although being the dad character, isn’t that keen on being an adult, and doesn’t seem to want to let go of Thomas’ childhood, like he doesn’t want to let go of the cat onesie. He doesn’t like to confront his adult responsibilities (his cardigan), and tries to get rid of them whenever he can. The cat jumper, from Logan, is a compromise, both with Patton’s dislike for the cardigan and Logan’s dislike of the onesie, and between adulthood and childhood. It signifies the balance between work and play, to some extent, and Patton accepts it much more openly than...
